One install. Two triggers.
- Hang-upUnanswered calls forward to a number we own. We never pick up. We text as your salon in under a minute with your booking link (or we ask you YES if you have no link).
- Empty chairWe confirm tomorrow's book 24h and 2h out, ping your waitlist when a slot dies, text a rebook after the visit.

- Quiet hours 20:00–09:00 local
- STOP on every first SMS
- Count recovered chairs at day 7
Kill rule
Zero recovered = zero invoice
If we recover no chairs in seven days, you pay nothing.
A recovered chair is a booking that came from our hang-up text or our empty-chair texts — not a walk-in you already had. If we're not sure, we don't count it.
No book file and no call forward on day 1 → test does not start.
